CANCELLED- Stay Strong, Stay Healthy

Beginning Oct 11th, Rachel Dean will begin a 8 week ‘Stay Strong, Stay Healthy’ program here at your library! The class is from 1-2p.m and has proven to benefit your health. Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe walking or athlete shoes. Bring a hand towel and your favorite water bottle and join us on your adventure to becoming stronger and healthier. FREE PROGRAM. Register by calling, or stopping in. Note: bottled water will also be provided.
