Stress Less & Learn How To Relax

Holidays are stressful and life as well! Come join Daphne Ringley in a FREE stress reduction and relaxation session Saturday, Dec 10th from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. With her background in yoga and fitness, we will learn effective stress management techniques that anyone can do! Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to learn how we can reduce stress and it’s ill effects.  All stretches can be performed in a chair, so all can enjoy.
