This event is for informational purposes and guidelines surrounding the permitless gun law (permit vs permitless), carrying responsibly, personal safety & other self defense options. Guest speakers include Project Move, Elizabethton Police Dept., Castle Defense, 3 Gun Kenzie, and free gun locks are provided by Carter County Drug Prevention.
