Join us for a special author talk with Joe W. Carter, featuring his newly released book, ‘The Carters of Watauga: A Tennessee History from the First Settlers to the Civil War. This book tells the story of the Carter family’s move to this area in the 1770’s. Books will be available for purchase, and light refreshments and snacks will be provided. Free Event
