Let's uplift our spirits over coffee on Friday, April 25th. We'll energize each other by sharing inspiring books, community news, life's adventures and upcoming events that ignite enthusiasm among many other motivational topics.  

Let's kick off Spring with a refreshing Saturday hike at Sycamore Shoals State Park on April 26th at 10 a.m. Wear comfortable, study shoes and clothes, and consider bringing water to stay hydrated. Plan to met by 9:45 outside the main building to start our adventure together.
