Library Board Meeting
The Library Board of the Elizabethton Carter County Public Library establishes policies that govern the operation of your library. Board meetings occur on the third Thursday of odd months at 3:30 in the Nelson Community Meeting Room inside the Library and are open to the public.
Teen Tuesday- Basket Weaving
ECCPL 201 N SYCAMORE ST, ELIZABETHTONTeens will be taking pre made baskets and weaving strips to create their own unique basket. Please note that the event time is actually from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
