What is Qigong? What are the benefits? What’s the origins? What does it entail? Well come join us on Tuesday, February 13th from noon- 12:30 p.m. for Qigong Chat with Adina Madore. Qigong session will immediately follow. This event will be held the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Free.
